In light of government guidance and in response to the need to mitigate any risk to employees, clients and our local community, Bright have decided that all offices will now be closed to the public with immediate effect.
It is our intention for our services to continue as normal and we have made every effort, including personnel and infrastructure to ensure this is the case. Whilst we will do everything that we can to limit the disruption caused by Covid-19, our staff will now be working from home dealing with increased levels of calls and emails. This will inevitably mean there will be disturbance to our normal levels of service. We apologise in advance for any disruption in our normal service and appreciate your understanding at this time.
Incoming and outgoing post will be dealt with by a scaled back operation, we therefore request that all correspondence is sent via email where at all possible. Please ensure anything that cannot be communicated via email is posted (by Royal Mail) to our offices as we do not have a post box so correspondence cannot be delivered by hand.
