Workforce Diversity Data 2017
As required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority we have conducted our diversity data collection and reported the required information to the SRA.
Partners and staff were not required to respond to the questions asked. 28 responses were received.
At the time of the data collection, and of the 28 staff who responded to the questionnaire, the data was collected from 3 partners, 4 solicitors, 5 fee earners, 8 assistants, 2 managerial roles and 6 IT/HR other corporate services roles.

If you have an issue that you would like to bring to our attention then the first step is to talk to, or write to, the person who is dealing with your matter.

In order that your complaint can be dealt with adequately it will need to be provided in writing (an email is sufficient). Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days. We aim to provide our initial response to your complaint within 14 days of acknowledgement or to arrange a face-to-face meeting within this time if we feel that this would assist matters and you are happy to. This may not always be possible if it is not an active matter and we are required to retrieve the file from our archive, if this occurs then we will confirm with you.
At each stage we will do our best to investigate your concerns, ensure that any remedial action agreed to be taken is done so as quickly as possible and to keep you informed throughout the process and of any action being taken.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may speak with the Senior Partner of the firm, Andrew Price. Alternatively you may refer the matter to The Legal Ombudsman, who can be contacted using the following details:
