Previous LPA's
If you completed a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in the period between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2017 then you may be due a refund.
The Ministry of Justice have decided that during this period the Office of the Public Guardian overpriced their registration fee. As a result, if you had an LPA registered during this period and paid a fee for doing so you should be able to claim a refund.
