Alisha joined Bright at the beginning of 2021. Alisha is our HR Officer dealing with all of Bright’s internal HR practices.
Alisha works closely with members of our Executive Board on all matters relating to our HR strategy and practice. Alisha is the first port of call for any applicants to join our business and plays an active part in the progression and development of all our staff whether at the early stage of their careers or developing our future business leaders.
Alisha qualified from Plymouth University with a degree in Business Management (Leadership and HRM) and has recently achieved the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
