I would like to thank you Joe, as it hasn't been easy for us so I fully appreciate the work you have done to get to completion. I know it's a great feeling for me to get to move up in the company!
Joe is a Trainee Solicitor and a member of the Commercial and Corporate team, having joined Bright Solicitors in September 2020.
Joe previously worked in both the Investment Property and Litigation teams whilst attending Swansea University.
During his time at Bright Solicitors, Joe has worked on a variety of corporate deals; drafting and dealing with documents for multiple large scale company acquisitions, share sales and other elements of business transactions. In particular, Joe completed on a £13.5 million share transfer for one of the firm’s property investor clients.
While continuing his training with Bright Solicitors, Joe is looking forward to new opportunities and working with the teams to develop his skills. In particular, Joe is concentrating on developing his experience in buying and selling businesses and the legal framework that underpins strategic corporate transactions.
