Alex Jeffery has been instrumental in the establishment and expansion of Bright Solicitors’ Litigation department, which he built from the ground up. His swift and effective work earned him the title of Partner in 2022, a testament to his dedication, expertise, and ability to deliver outstanding results.
Managing Partner
Under his leadership, the Litigation department has thrived, and Alex has become a trusted advisor to clients, particularly in the realm of contentious property matters.
With extensive experience across a wide range of litigation issues, Alex now predominantly advises clients on complex property disputes, including matters related to disputed rights of way, boundary issues, and various commercial property concerns. Beyond property matters, Alex frequently represents clients in professional negligence cases, contract disputes, and partnership and company issues.
Before joining Bright Solicitors, Alex honed his skills at a top ten offshore law firm in the Channel Islands, bringing valuable experience and insight to the firm when he returned to his home city of Plymouth.
