Bright Solicitors is thrilled to announce that Katie Braithwaite, a key member of our Residential Property team, has successfully completed her studies at CILEX Law School after five years of dedication and hard work.
Katie’s journey in law began with four years of experience in conveyancing at a local firm, where she developed a passion for property law. Since joining Bright Solicitors in 2018, Katie has made a significant impact, becoming a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and working closely with clients on a wide range of freehold and leasehold property transactions.

Known for her commitment to going the extra mile, Katie ensures that clients receive tailored, professional advice while maintaining a warm, approachable demeanor. Her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and estate agents is a testament to her dedication and expertise.
