We are proud to announce the promotion of Katy Owen to Associate within our respected New Homes Department.

Katy joined Bright Solicitors in 2016 and has grown with the firm over the past eight years, progressing from a junior role to becoming a highly skilled and dependable member of the team. She has since qualified as an ACILEX (Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives), and her promotion to Associate reflects both her legal expertise and her continued dedication to client service.

Katy specialises in residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build homes. Her knowledge, calm approach, and attention to detail make her a trusted point of contact for clients and developers alike.
