Phil is a Paralegal and member of our Specialist New Homes Department
Phil joined Bright’s New Homes Team in September 2019 after obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Global Security from Plymouth University. He specialised in transactions involving the Government Help to Buy scheme, Mortgage and Help to Buy Redemptions and Shared Ownership matters. By 2021 he began representing Bright’s clients during their purchases of plots at a number of new build sites across the South West.
Outside of work Phil enjoys spending time watching sport or playing a variety of video games. He can also be found practicing his chess moves as he hopes to one day become a chess grandmaster.
