Company & Commercial Fee Earner

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Commercial Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join an expanding team.

You will join an experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Corporate sales and acquisitions
  • Shareholder and investor agreements
  • Commercial contracts

This role is perfect for a lawyer who thrives on variety as no two days are the same. You may be required to advise an owner managed business, a start-up, a national group or long-established entity. An ability to provide client-focused, commercial and understandable advice to our clients is key and will lead to lasting relationships being built along the way.

This is an opportunity to join a growing commercial team with support from senior lawyers already in place.


The Candidate

The ideal candidate would have 2 years PQE with at least 1 years’ experience in commercial/corporate matters.

The successful applicant must be able to work effectively within a team, as well as effectively running an individual caseload with supervision. They will possess a willingness to promote the firm and develop personal connections to market the services of the department internally to the rest of the firm and Bright Solicitor’s services as a whole externally.

The successful candidate must be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious. They will work with other fee earners and seek advice and assistance whenever needed to develop knowledge and skills and to improve ability.

Experience in marketing and practice development would be welcomed.
