Marketing Executive

Bright Solicitors are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of Bright’s marketing and business development strategy.

The Successful Candidate:

The successful applicant will work closely with partners, an external marketing consultant and (in time) a business development function to deliver campaigns, manage digital channels and support events and client engagement.

The successful candidate must be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic, ambitious and be able to work with others. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination and continuous improvement.

The candidate should align themselves with our firm’s core values and strive towards providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Digital Marketing

  • Update and manage website content (including service pages, blogs and news)
  • Support SEO activity and content publishing
  • Assist in managing external agencies (SEO, GEO, PPC, website)
  • Monitor website performance and report on key metrics

Content & Social Media

  • Create and schedule content across social media channels (with a focus on LinkedIn)
  • Support partners with content ideas and posting
  • Assist in producing blogs, articles and legal insights
  • Promote events, news and firm updates

Campaign Delivery

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across key service areas
  • Assist with email marketing and newsletters
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Events & Business Development Support

  • Assist in planning and delivering events (seminars, networking, client events)
  • Manage invitations, registrations and follow-ups
  • Support internal business development initiatives
  • Help coordinate the firm’s “Bright Business Network”

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Support PR and local media activity
  • Assist with marketing materials and presentations

Reporting & Administration

  • Track marketing activity and performance
  • Maintain CRM data and contact lists
  • Support reporting on leads, campaigns and engagement

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing role (professional services experience desirable but not essential)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or CIM qualification
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media
  • Good understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
