Bright Solicitors is thrilled to announce that Katrina Smiles, the firm’s CEO and Solicitor within the Commercial department, has been appointed as the newest Partner.
Katrina joined Bright Solicitors in 2017 and has become an invaluable member of the team, known for her hands-on approach and dedication to both the firm and its clients.
This appointment marks a new chapter in the firm's growth and positive evolution under Managing Partner Alex Jeffery’s leadership.
Management Team
Katrina has played a pivotal role in shaping Bright Solicitors' HR policies and staff support, utilising her extensive background in Employment law.
She has consistently demonstrated her expertise in compliance advice, drafting contracts, and providing day-to-day HR support, which has been instrumental in maintaining a positive workplace environment.
In addition to her role as CEO, Katrina works closely with the Commercial team and external advisors to assist clients with employee incentive schemes such as Employee Share Option Trusts (ESOT) and Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Schemes.
