Katrina worked as a solicitor within the employment departments of several of the region’s largest law firms, in each case specialising in the compliance aspects of advising businesses, including drafting contracts, policies and procedures, and advising on the conduct of day to day HR issues.
She then went on to work in-house for a group of technology businesses, assisting with all compliance, HR and finance issues, before joining Bright LLP in 2017.
At Bright, Katrina is a member of the commercial team, specialising in HR and employment advice, together with advising on compliance issues under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
