Katrina specialises in compliance advice, drafting contracts, policies and procedures and advising on day to day HR issues.
In addition, Katrina works with other members of the commercial team and external advisors to assist clients looking to put in place employee incentive schemes, including Employee Share Option Trusts and Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes.
She also works closely with clients on issues relating to data protection, particularly around the implementation of new technology solutions and supporting internal compliance.
Before joining Bright Solicitors, Katrina worked within the employment departments of several of the region’s largest law firms, as well as in-house for a group of technology businesses.
