Annabelle is a Partner and Residential Property Solicitor in Bright Solicitors’ Residential Property team, advising clients across Plymouth, Devon and the South West on all aspects of residential conveyancing. She supports individuals, families and property investors through a wide range of property transactions, including buying and selling homes, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and leasehold matters.
Known for her approachable and client-focused manner, Annabelle takes time to understand each client’s objectives and circumstances, providing clear, practical legal advice at every stage of the conveyancing process. She believes effective communication is key to a successful property transaction and keeps clients regularly informed, helping to make often complex legal processes as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

A qualified Solicitor, Annabelle graduated from the University of Plymouth with an LLB (Hons) before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol. Since joining Bright Solicitors in 2017, she has built extensive experience across residential property law and has earned a reputation for providing friendly, professional and dependable conveyancing advice to clients throughout Plymouth and the wider South West.
