Carys Bookless-Browne is a member of Bright Solicitors’ specialist Investment Property team, supporting landlords, property investors and buy-to-let clients across Plymouth, Devon and the South West. With more than four years’ experience, she advises on investment property purchases, sales and remortgages, helping property investor clients complete transactions smoothly and efficiently.
A Plymouth local, Carys studied at the University of Plymouth and combines her in-depth understanding of the property market with practical legal expertise. In August 2026, she completed the advanced stage of the CILEX CPQ qualification and was promoted to CILEX Advanced Paralegal. She is continuing her studies to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive, further strengthening her expertise in investment property and landlord legal services.

Outside of work Carys is often kept very busy looking after her horse which she competes in showjumping. Carys also enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her miniature sausage dog.
