Her experience includes property and land acquisitions and disposals, development projects, commercial leases, secured lending and refinancing, renewable energy projects and portfolio management. She also advises on property aspects of corporate transactions and acts for pension funds acquiring and refinancing investment property.
Having trained and qualified in Northampton before practising at a large regional firm in the Midlands and later relocating to the South West, Georgia combines broad commercial property experience with a strong understanding of the Devon, Cornwall and South West property market.
