Katy Owen joined Bright in 2016, working in the New Homes Department as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Katy specialises in the purchase of new build plots directly from developers and transactions involving the Help to Buy Scheme. She also deals with residential sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, and as well as remortgages and transfers of equity.
Katy is currently undertaking her CILEx training to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
