Serena is a Commercial Solicitor with a passion for helping businesses thrive. She works with start-up’s, sole traders, charitable organisations and an established companies and owner managed businesses to provide clear, strategic advice to the table on everything from corporate formations, sales and acquisitions to shareholders’ agreements and business terms.
Serena has achieved dual qualification as a Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) and has gained experience in national law firms and in in-house settings. She first entered the legal world in 2013 after completing a BA (Hons) in Business Studies at the University of Plymouth — where she now gives back as a mentor, supporting future legal professionals with guidance and encouragement. She’s a proud Devon Chamber Champion and an enthusiastic networker. Serena is passionate about bringing local businesses together and champions collaboration across organisations in the region.
Serena works to make the complex feel simple and the formal feel friendly. She’s also a passionate mental health advocate, championing open communication and connection across teams.
Outside of work, Serena spends time with her family in her VW campervan chasing fresh air, scenic views, and a well-earned glass of fizz at the end of the day.
