Georgina is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive within our Disputes and Litigation Department.
Georgina has a passion for helping clients navigate the complex world of Civil and Commercial litigation. Georgina has developed a deep understanding of the legal system and the various processes involved in dispute resolution. Her expertise lies in providing legal advice to clients involved in a wide range of disputes including debt recovery and insolvency matters. Georgina is well-versed in all aspects of the litigation process from pre-action correspondence and negotiations to court proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions.
Prior to joining Bright Solicitors, Georgina worked in a UK top 20 transatlantic law firm before qualifying and successfully securing a role as a Chartered Legal Executive with Bright solicitors.
