Mel joined Bright Solicitors in December 2024 and is the HR Manager for the firm.
After completing her Law Degree and LPC, Mel decided that the legal profession wasn’t for her and has since built her career in HR. She has worked in a variety of HR roles from administrator, to advisor, to internal communications and employee experience and is excited to continue her HR career here at Bright.
